THE "NEW NORMAL". Whether you're a current or new client, we know you're wondering what steps we've taken to make your visits at Smiles4Oregon not just knock-your-socks-off-amazing, but even safer than ever, so that we can get you safe, stable and smiling... and safely back home.

FROM THE START of covid we've been ahead of the curve, making sure you would be as safe as possible. Among some of the updates we've made from the beginning:

• offering our beloved clients our killer coronavirus mouthwash before procedures (only now highly recommended by the ada)

• placing virus killing air scrubbers throughout the entire office

• bagging our famous magical medicinal homemade chocolate chip oatmeal freshly baked cookies in compostable bags

• installing plexiglass to separate the front area from the front office while maintaining our personal connection with clients

• gifting clients personal (and super awesome) pens to use while visiting with us, and then take on home

• gifting clients personal (and super awesome) blankets to use while visiting and then take on home (cashmere/silk pashminas for the ladies and thermal throws for the gents)

• rearranging our beautiful front room for even better social distancing while reducing porous surface areas (yet still managing to keep it lovely and inviting)

• wiping down cards, devices, door handles, computers, tables, etc., in between each visit

• adding high speed suction to the back

• continuing to wear masks, whether a team mate is in the front or back

• each member of the team is vaccinated and boosted

• increasing sterilization protocols to cover all areas of the front office, front room, consult room and bathroom (not just the back) between each visit

• BUT THAT'S NOT ALL! We've even upgraded our usual hugs to "air hugs"!!

All this in addition to the set up and protocols that had made our happy little space suited to "the new normal" from the get go: already seeing only one client at a time; uniquely able to deliver the full range of services with very few team members all right here in one space; engaging in rigorous personal hygiene and hand washing, and continuing ohsa compliant room and tool sterilization.
